Helmets with NTA 8776 Certification

When it involves electric bikes (e-bikes), there are no distinctive requirements for headgears that differ from typical bike safety helmets. However, specific headgears are especially licensed for use with e-bikes, such as the XNITO Bike Helmet, which satisfies both CPSC and NTA-8776 criteria. The NTA 8776 accreditation is a Dutch requirement that reviews headgears for higher effect rates and covers a bigger area of the head. One of the most ideal e-bike safety helmets offer additional attributes such as integrated lights, adjustable vents, magnetic clasps, and a lot more. While you can put on a regular bike helmet on an e-bike, if your e-bike surpasses 20 MPH (class 3), you might like a headgear with extensive head insurance coverage and NTA-8776 qualification. Conversely, a lightweight bike safety helmet or MIPS helmet can offer appropriate security.
NTA helmets are made out of a shock-absorbent inner liner and an outer shell made with protective material. The inner liner is usually made of expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam, which can deform and absorb energy during an impact. The outer shell is usually made of polycarbonate (PC) plastic, which is rigid and durable. The combination of these materials creates a helmet that can protect the head from high-speed collisions and reduce the risk of brain injury.
